Why is this free?+
I'm building a real coaching track record before I charge. Founding clients get my full attention while my roster is small, and in exchange I get to follow your journey and share it with my audience. Real value, both ways.
Is there a catch?+
No money, but I do ask for two things: real commitment to the program, and permission to share your journey (anonymously if you prefer). If you're not willing to actually do the work, please leave a spot open for someone who will.
How do you pick?+
I read every application and pick based on fit and commitment — not who applies first. I'm looking for people whose goals match what I do best, who can actually train consistently, and who will show up for the work.
Do I need a gym membership?+
No. Programs are built around what you have — full commercial gym, home setup, hotel room, whatever. Just tell me what's available in the application.
How is this different from your free content?+
My content teaches principles to everyone. Coaching applies those principles to you — your body, your schedule, your sticking points. It's the difference between watching a cooking show and having a chef in your kitchen.
What's the commitment?+
2 months of real, consistent work. Weekly check-ins. Honest communication. If you're not ready to commit to that, you're better off waiting until you are.
What happens after the 2 months?+
If we both want to keep going, you'll have first access to paid coaching at a founding-client rate that's locked in for as long as you stay on. No pressure — you're free to take everything you've learned and run with it.
Do you work with women?+
Yes. Programming and nutrition are built around your physiology and your goals, not a generic male template.
